Massage
Massage is often used to help physical health as well as inducing a feeling of deep relaxation and well-being. It helps to alleviate the build up of stress and tension in the muscles from everyday use. There are different types of massage available. Holistic massage uses massage techniques specifically aimed to relax your muscles, as the oxygen flow to your muscles is increased which helps the body remove the build up of toxins. Sports Massage is a much deeper massage, one of the most effective methods to release muscle tension and restore musculo-skeletal system.

Hopi Ear Candles
Hopi Ear Candling is an ancient therapy, using hollow candles which are made from unbleached, organic cotton or linen; impregnated with beeswax, honey, St John’s Wort and medicinal herbs such as sage and chamomile. When lit, the candle creates a light chimney effect, massaging the ear drum and ear canal through vibration and warmth; drawing out wax and impurities; clearing the ear, sinuses and nose. This helps to balance the pressure in the ears, forehead & sinuses, creating a lighter feeling in the ear and head. A facial massage is also carried out to improve circulation and lymphatic drainage, making it a very soothing and calming treatment.
